H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, has received at the Presidential Palace a delegation of dignitaries participating in the UAE-Algerian Investment Forum, organised by the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry with the participation of more than 400 companies, institutions and investors from the two countries.
H.H. Sheikh Mansour welcomed the participants in the forum and highlighted the most important themes and issues addressed by the forum, stressing the UAE's keen interest in boosting bilateral relations with Algeria in various vital areas that are mutually beneficial, opening up new horizons for joint action to serve the interests of the two sisterly countries.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the exchange of bilateral relations between the UAE and Algeria and ways of enhancing and supporting them in all areas, and the importance of diversifying and developing bilateral partnerships that serve the developmental, economic and investment sectors to meet all the aspirations of the peoples of both countries.
H.H. Sheikh Mansour wished the participants success in coming up with results that meet the needs of the economic sector in the two countries.
Sheikh Mansour hosted a luncheon in honour of the participants in the forum, which was attended by a number of senior officials, including Saleh Attiyah, Algerian Ambassador to the UAE, and a number of businessmen representing both countries.
