Kuwaiti Ambassador to Indonesia Nasser Al-Anzi will head a delegation to the 4th Bali Democracy Forum (BDF) on Thursday. Ambassador Al-Anzi, who heads the delegation on behalf of Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, told KUNA in a telephone conversation that this year\'s forum is held under the theme of \"Enhancing Democratic Participation in a Changing World\". The (BDF) is held annually since 2008, Ambassador Al-Anzi added, noting that this year\'s forum will be attended by presidents and heads of governments of more than 10 countries, more than 25 foreign ministers, and 100 parliament speakers from various countries and international organizations. He pointed out the two-days forum will review the latest developments in the Middle East and North Africa in the light of the \"Arab Spring\" revolutions in the area, adding that the Indonesian government invited a number of senior Arab officials to attend.
