His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today issued Royal Decree 100 for this year, appointing Shaikh Hisham bin Abdulrahman bin Mohammed Al Khalifa as Capital Governor for a four-year term. In another Decree, HM King Hamad appointed Mahmoud Hisham Al Koohaji as Chief Executive of the Labour Fund (Tamkeen) for a three-year term. In Decree 102, the paragraph \"a Chief Executive, appointed by a Decree upon nomination by the Board Chairman, will head the administrative and technical board\" will be added to Article 18 of Royal Decree 25 for 2008 on the by-law of the Future Generations Reserve Fund (FGF) of Bahrain. In Decree 103, Assistant Under-secretary for Public Development Revenue at the Finance Ministry Mohammed Mubarak Al Sulaity was appointed as Chief Executive of the Administrative and Technical Board FGF with the same rank.
