"Our mission is still to attain an electoral law based on proportionality with Lebanon a sole electoral district," Health Minister Hassan Khalil said during a celebration Amal movement held to commemorate its martyrs and on the occasion of the Martyrdom Anniversary of Imam Ali. Khalil put emphasis on the aforementioned electoral law benefits saying it necessitates that all society factions be represented in a proper manner.
