Police forces in Iraq\'s Northern city of Mosul arrested three foreign nationals, including a most wanted Saudi citizen, on terrorist charges, an Iraqi police spokesman announced on Monday. Speaking to FNA, Spokesman of Mosul Police Younos Mohammad Suleiman said that the three nationals, who also include two Sudanese, were affiliated to terrorist groups in Mosul province. He identified the 38-year-old Saudi national as Abdullah Kazzem, and said he is an expert in planting road side bombs and car bombs. The spokesman noted that Kazzem has been in charge of most car bombs in the province. Suleiman stated that the three suspects were arrested when police checked homes in Mosul\'s Eastern neighborhoods. He said that the inmates had entered Iraq illegally via Syrian borders and were organizing al Qaeda affiliated groups in the region.
