Ali Abdel Aal said that Egypt possess a high stock of religious tolerance and will continue to be stronger than any aggression, pointing out that the country has been a bulwark against bigotry and all kinds of violence.
The house speaker said the blood which has been shed inside the church is the blood of all Egyptian Muslims and Christians alike.
He said Egypt, with its mosques and churches, will not surrender and will continue efforts to stamp out terror.
Abdel Aal said the church bombing came two days after attacks against security men in Giza and Kafr El Sheikh to destabilize the country's stability but the Egyptians will continue to reject such provocations.
