His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa dispatched a congratulatory cable to his brother the Lebanese Republic\'s President Lt-General Michel Suleiman on the occasion of his country\'s independence anniversary. In the cable, HM the King expressed utmost felicitations, wishing President Suleiman abundant health and wellbeing on this national occasion.
