ERC distributes food aid to families in Arma, Yemen

The Emirates Red Crescent, ERC, has distributed food aid to the families in Arma district of Shabwa Governorate, as part of the continuous support provided by the UAE to the brotherly people of Yemen.
The ERC team distributed 3,000 relief packages containing basic food supplies to local people who are going through difficult economic conditions.
Mohammed Saif Al Muhairi, Head of the ERC Team in Shabwa, said that distributing food aid is part of the ERC’s ongoing humanitarian assistance programme in Yemen and a series of humanitarian campaigns in Shabwa that priorities needy people in remote areas.
The people of Arma district expressed their appreciation to the UAE’s government and people for providing them with the humanitarian aid.
