Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah conferred here on Wednesday with UN Secretary General\'\'s special representative in Iraq Martin Kobler, who is now visiting Kuwait. Following the audiene ,Martin Kobler told reporters that he is visiting Kuwait to discuss the pending files between Kuwait and Iraq specially Iraq\'\'s file to be excluded from Chapter VII and the Mubarak Al-Kabeer port related file.
