The RTA’s Dubai Taxi Corporation, DTC, has held a brainstorming workshop with several clients covering an array of topics focusing on bringing on happiness to customers. A number of participants were honoured during the workshop, which was held at Dubai's Intercontinental Festival City Hotel.
A host of directors and managers of the DTC attended the workshop which was organised in line with Dubai Plan 2021, with the focus on bringing happiness to residents.
Abdullah Ibrahim Al Meer, Director of Resources and Support, DTC, said, "The workshop covered several aspects of DTC’s key services, such as the standard taxi, limo, Mashaweer, In-safe hands and school transport services. The most frequent users of DTC services contributed several ideas which will be discussed in order to consider benefiting from them in leveraging the services of DTC and meeting the needs and expectations of clients."
"RTA’s third strategic goal, that of People Happiness, has become a practice on the ground as clients are linked with current and future plans and projects intended to meet the needs of clientele, and foster happiness and positivity in the work environment. Holding this sort of recurrent workshop with customers helps identify aspirations and suggestions of customers and encourages them to think and express their ideas. The DTC is keen on familiarising all with innovative ideas and solutions in the field of mobility, and implementing them in a way that enhances the global profile of Dubai, particularly as transport has become one of the key challenges facing communities today," concluded Al Meer.
