Deputy Prime Minister Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa received today a letter from Secretary General of the General Federation of Bahrain Trade Unions (GFBTU) Salman Jafar Al Mahfoudh thanking him for his directives and strenuous efforts to tackle the issue of dismissed workers in connection with last year's incidents. The letter also included GFBTU respect for the government's strenuous efforts to protect the workers' rights. Labour Minister Jamil Humaidan lauded the federation's letter to the Deputy Premier in tribute to his diligent efforts and remarkable role in carrying out the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
