Violent clashes erupted in Tripoli city, killing more than two people, wounding 17 as well as a number of feared families left the area. According to reports, at least two were killed and 17 others injured with various wounds, due to intense clashes between armed militants of Bab al-Tabbaneh and Jabal Mohsen in Tripoli city. The militants used submachine guns and rocket shells, in response to the unrest, the Lebanese army closed Tripoli's main road and Akkar highway, it added. Meanwhile, the conflicts between Bab al-Tabbaneh and Jabal Mohsen neighborhoods started yesterday and resulted in the death of one and four others injured.
