Iftah Ya Simsim, the lovable children’s television series, is taking its four main characters on an exciting summer adventure, as part of this year’s edition of Abu Dhabi Summer Season.
In a brand new show that is exclusively written for the ongoing summer entertainment programme, the cast of Iftah Ya Simsim is ready to dazzle families and individuals of all ages with their entertaining dances and popular songs.
Organised by the Abu Dhabi Tourism & Culture Authority, TCA Abu Dhabi, in partnership with leading event companies MBC Group, Alchemy Project, YAK Events, Summit Events and Oberoi Middle East Event, Abu Dhabi Summer Season is set to bring an exciting month-long programme of entertaining shows, interactive theatrical performances, themed mall activations, enticing promotions and activities during summer.
The show, taking place from 3rd to 5th August at Yas Mall, is bringing together its main characters for a much-awaited stage performance. Our old friend No’man will join his friends Shams, Gargour and Elmo on stage for a new performance. Children will even have the chance to meet their favourite characters as they engage in arts and crafts at the show’s interactive workshops.
As the first international co-production of the American children’s television series, Sesame Street, Iftah Ya Simsim quickly became one of the most popular and successful educational programmes for children in many Arab countries. Each episode of the crowd-pleasing edutainment show strives to add value to children’s lives by promoting healthy lifestyles, social relationships and happiness through fun, laughter and music.
Abu Dhabi Summer Season, which runs until 20th August, is bringing an exciting range of family-friendly shows and activations for residents and visitors of all ages to enjoy.
