The Supreme Council of the Royal College of Command, Staff and National Defence has today convened.
Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) Commander-in-Chief Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al-Khalifa chaired the meeting, in the presence of Inspector General Major General Abdulla Hassan Al-Nuaimi and College Commander Rear Admiral Abdulla Said Al-Mansouri.
The BDF Commander was briefed about development programmes, in line with the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa, the Supreme Commander.
He underscored the importance of the college in promoting higher military education and forming officers to assume their duties in various BDF armies and units.
He underlned the BDF combat and administrative strides paying tribute to HM the King for his directives to upgrade combat readiness and military capabilities.
