The Bahrain Parents Care Society has launched its annual work plan under the theme “Exchange Expertise with the Civil Society”. The initiative is part of ongoing preparations for Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al-Khalifa Award for Charity Work.
The annual programme lines up six training workshops, engaging elderly care homes and clubs, social centres and other non-governmental societies. A group of specialists and experts is conducting the workshops during the months of July and August as part of efforts to hone the skills of employees working with old people.
