Permanent delegates to the Arab League will hold tomorrow at the General Secretariat Headquarters a celebration to welcome Dr. Nabil Al-Arabi, the new Secretary-General of the Arab League and to honour the outgoing Secretary-General Amr Moussa. An official source at the Arab League said today Dr. Nabil Al-Arab will start his activities as Secretary-General of the Arab League with a meeting this evening with Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu.
