The thirteenth meeting of the Arab Counter-Terrorism Experts Group will be held at the General Secretariat of the Arab League on 1 and 2 September. The Head of legal department of the Arab League Radwan Bin Khadra said in a statement Sunday that the meeting’s agenda comprises a number of items including: The report of the Technical Secretariat of the of Arab Counter-Terrorism Experts Group on the measures taken to implement the recommendations of the twelfth meeting and the most important activities of the Arab League and its ministerial councils and specialized organizations in combating terrorism, in addition to enhancing cooperation between the Arab countries in building legislative and security capacity to combat terrorism. The meeting will also discuss the draft of Arab manual to protect Electronic infrastructure, ways of activating the Arab network of judicial cooperation in combating terrorism and organized crime in addition to the United Nations Global Counter-Terrorism Strategy, as well as the role of media in combating terrorism.
