The Arab League Council announced that it will hold an emergency meeting at the level of foreign ministers next Wednesday to discuss to the current situation in occupied Jerusalem in light of the continued Israeli escalation in the city.
Official Spokesperson of the Arab League Mahmoud Afifi said the meeting, which will be held upon Jordan’s request, was supported by a number of Arab League members.
The meeting will discuss the recent Israeli measures in occupied Jerusalem as well as violations committed against Al Aqsa Mosque/ Haram Al Sharif.
