HE Chairman of the Administrative Control and Transparency Authority Abdullah bin Hamad al-Attiyah, who is also the President-elect of the Climate Change Conference (COP 18), and his accompanying delegation left the Kingdom of Belgium on Tuesday, heading for the South Korean capital, Seoul, after he had participated in the Informal Ministerial Conference of the developed countries on Climate Change and the Rio+20 Summit. During his visit to South Korea, HE al-Attiyah will participate in the Green Growth Summit. He was seen off upon departure at Brussels International Airport by HE Qatar's Ambassador to the Kingdom of Belgium Sheikh Ali bin Jassim Al Thani.
