Reducing the burden of trade across borders, enhancing security and standardising processes and information flow will be the topics of discussion at the annual International Port Community Systems Association, IPCSA, conference.
Held for the first time in the GCC region, the conference is hosted by Maqta Gateway, a wholly owned subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Ports, in Abu Dhabi on 7th December.
Themed "Digitalising Trade", the conference will bring together many high profile dignitaries, industry leaders and key influencers to share knowledge and best practices on the role of a single window in trade facilitation and trade transformation, in addition to other topics.
Captain Mohamed Juma Al Shamisi, CEO of Abu Dhabi Ports, commented, "We are delighted to have been selected the host city of this year’s IPCSA Conference as we bring it for the first time to the GCC region.
