The General Directorate of Civil Defence of Abu Dhabi has launched its 2017-2021 strategic plan in line with the Ministry of Interior's objectives to provide smart security and safety services within a creative-driven environment to protect human lives as well as public and private property.
Addressing a launch ceremony, Colonel Mohammed Al Ansari, Director-General of Abu Dhabi Civil Defence, stressed that his department is committed to improving the institutional performance in order to contribute to the development and modernisation drive, which seeks to make Abu Dhabi one of the world's best capital cities for work, security and stability.
Officers spoke about the main features of the plan, particularly those seeking to deliver services at par with the highest standards of quality, transparency and innovation to raise customer satisfaction and happiness.
