As many as 382 Egyptians returned home from Libya via Salloum crossing over the past 24 hours, said Marsa Matrouh Security Chief Mokhtar el Senbary.
Out of all the returnees, 301 Egyptians left the country legally and 81 illegally, he noted in statements on Monday.
Travel procedures for 1,079 people, including 342 Egyptians and 737 Libyans, have been finalized, Senbary added.
As many as 171 empty trucks arrived via Salloum crossing over the past 24 hours to be loaded with Egyptian commodities.
