Former Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp insists he has had no contact over the vacant Russia manager\'s job after being named on the Russian Football Union\'s (RFU) list of potential candidates. Redknapp left Tottenham last month and has already been linked with a quick return to management following the RFU\'s decision to go public with their shortlist. The 65-year-old is one of a host of top managers targeted by Russia, with former Barcelona boss Pep Guardiola, ex-England coach Fabio Capello and former Liverpool chief Rafael Benitez also on their wishlist. Redknapp is adamant he hasn\'t held any talks with the Russians at this stage, but he admits it is an attractive job. \"I haven\'t been contacted but I\'m sure it\'s a fantastic job for someone,\" Redknapp told The Sun. The Russian post became available when Dick Advocaat announced prior to Euro 2012 that he would be leaving after the tournament to manage PSV Eindhoven. Russia failed to qualify from their Euro 2012 group after a surprise defeat against Greece. Redknapp departed White Hart Lane following the breakdown of his relationship with chairman Daniel Levy in the aftermath of his failure to land the England job.
