The former Barca supremo has mixed feelings about the coach\'s decision to leave Camp Nou following a successful four years at the club.Former Barcelona president Joan Gaspart has declared that he is at a crossroad when it comes to Pep Guardiola\'s resignation. The Spanish coach announced on Friday at a press conference that he will not extend his stay at Camp Nou as he enters the final months of his contract with the Catalan club.\"As a former president and vice-president of Barca, I understand him,\" Gaspart told COPE Barcelona.\"I know Pep very well and I understand that he has made a decision that he thinks is good for the club and for him.\"But as a Barca fan, the story is different: I do not like it.\"I do not like to think than in over 120 years of Barca\'s history, this is the first time that a coach leaves us, without the fans wanting him to leave.\"Guardiola will hand the reins of the team over to his assistant, Tito Vilanova, but Gaspart did not wish to be drawn into comparing the two.\"The new coach will be Tito Vilanova, not Pep Guardiola/Tito Vilanova,\" he noted. \"It will be a new coach, with his own personality.\"And Guardiola will surely wish that his friend Tito Vilanova becomes an even better coach than him, if possible.\"
