David Beckham says he is excited at the prospect of playing in next year\'s Men\'s Olympic Football Tournament London 2012 but a return to the English Premier League is unlikely. Beckham may have played for LA Galaxy for the last time as the Major Soccer League champions beat Australian club Melbourne Victory 4-3 on penalties in an exhibition match to end their Asian tour on Tuesday. The former England skipper is mulling a return to Europe to take up a huge offer from French club Paris Saint-Germain. But he could also stay at the Galaxy, or consider other European options. The 36-year-old reportedly has Premier League offers but he said a return to England would always be complicated by his love and long association with Manchester United. But Beckham, who enjoyed a glittering spell with the current Premier League champions until he left the club in 2003, said next year\'s Olympics could provide him with the brief opportunity of playing again in England. \"I\'m a Man United fan through and through and it would always be difficult for me to go back and play in the Premiership for any other team except for Manchester United,\" Beckham told reporters. \"I\'m a Leytonstone boy. The east end of London is where I grew up, and the Olympics would be something I\'d love to be part of that. \"To represent my country in the part of London where I grew up would be pretty special. My grandad played on Hackney Marshes, my dad played on Hackney Marshes. So it would be special.\" Tuesday\'s match went to penalties after finishing at 2-2 and Beckham was strongly supported by the 34,000 crowd until he was substituted three minutes from the end of regulation time. LA Galaxy finished their Asian tour unbeaten after beating the Indonesia All Stars 1-0 in Jakarta and the Philippines national team 6-1 in Manila.
