Egypt’s Al Ahly coach, Hossam El-Badry stressed that the national team's level evolve from game to another in the Africa Cup of Nations, calling the players to win the African Cup again after they reached to the semi-finals.
The coaching staff, led by Argentine Hector Cuper is the closest to the players , and the most familiar with all technical and physical details of the players, pointed out that Cuper has succeeded in achieving the desired through consecutive victories, and lead the team to the semi-finals after overcoming Morocco in the quarter-finals, El-Badry added.
El-Badry confirmed that the result is the most important for the team.
Concerning the defensive character of the team under the leadership of Cooper, Al-Badry said that things in football is not measured in this way, pointed out that every coach has his style of work to deal with the group of players he works with and the most important in the end is to win games and achieve positive results in competitions.
He praised the capabilities of Egypt's player Ahmed Fathi, where he can play in more than one position on the pitch, which represents real solutions for the coaching staff after the injure of Mohamed Elneny and Mohamed Abdel Shafi.
AL-Badry concluded El-Badri's comments, stressing that the upcoming Super Match comes amid difficult circumstances , and he as coach will deal with the status quo and seek to win the match.
