United Nations Humanitarian Coordinator in Yemen Jamie McGoldrick accused the international community of giving a cold shoulder to bloating humanitarian crisis in Yemen.
In statements to the BBC Radio on Wednesday, McGoldrick said children are dying of hunger over international failure to secure needed funds for humanitarian aid.
The UN official said the Yemeni infrastructure collapsed and more than half of the population failed to get their staple needs.
He cautioned of the repercussions of pooh-poohing the Yemeni file.
