Arab coalition warplanes on Sunday resumed their shelling of Houthi militants and loyalists to former Yemeni president Ali Abdallah Saleh in the capital.
Eyewitnesses said the planes carried out raids over Jabal el Nahdeen camp near the presidential house and Jabal Atan camp in southern Sanaa.
The planes also hit Shamlaan district and a camp belonging to the republican guard premises as well as other areas in northern the capital and Kharafi camp in the northeastern areas.
The sounds of strong explosions were heard in the capital, while planes continued hoovering over the capital for a long time in the morning.
