Local radio stations said a 40-year-old man was kit by a rocket unleashed by an Israeli fighter jet at an empty farm land in Abasan town. The rocket caused a big crator.
The broadcasts reported that an ambulance took the injured Palestinian, whose name was not disclosed, to the European hospital in Rafah.
Israeli jets have been bombarding several locations in Gaza in retaliation of the firing of rockets, while Palestinian armed movements were attacking southern Israeli areas.
