The Palestinian Authority (PA) intends, in the coming hours, to submit the file of Israeli settlements in the Palestinian territories to the International Criminal Court (ICC), a Palestinian official announced.
Executive Committee Member of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO), Wasel Abu Yousif, said in a statement on Wednesday the decision to submit the settlement file to the ICC came after a meeting late Tuesday chaired by PA President Mahmoud Abbas, in Ramallah.
The meeting discussed means of pushing international community to condemn the Israeli practices and violations in the Al-Aqsa Mosque, it also tackled mechanisms to sign agreements and treaties for joining a number of international organizations, the official added.
