The Israeli regime decided to confiscate 321 dunums of Palestinian land to the West of Ramallah.
The Israeli decision would lead to the re-close of Street 443 that links Ramallah with its Western towns and which has been recently opened by Israeli forces after being closed since the second Palestinian intifada, PIC reported.
The decision includes the confiscation of thousands of olive trees in Beit Ur al-Fauqa, Ein Arik, and Beitunia towns West of Ramallah.
Head of Beit Ur al-Fauqa’s village council pointed out that the confiscation order came under security pretexts.
The confiscation decision would tighten the siege on the village that has been already surrounded by Israeli settlements and military camps, he added.
On the other hand, Israeli soldiers prevented Tuesday Palestinian farmers from reaching their agricultural lands in Ein al-Sakut in the Jordan Valley and confiscated their tractors.
Israeli soldiers along with extremist settlers expelled the farmers and prevented them from plowing their lands under the pretext of being located in a military zone, local sources said.
Head of the village council pointed out that three tractors were confiscated during the attack.
