Syrian President receives message from Mauritanian counterpart

Syrian President Bashar Al-Asad received a written message from Mauritanian President Mohamed Ould Abdel Aziz, pledging his country\'s support for Syria to overcome the current circumstances. The message was delivered by visiting Mauritanian Prime Minister Dr. Moulaye Ould Mohamed Laghdaf, during his meeting with President Al-Asad today, Syrian Arab New Agency (SANA) reported. The meeting dealt with latest developments in the region, particularly the current events in Syria and the reform steps. The Mauritanian Prime Minister arrived in Damascus yesterday on a two-day visit.
