In the Euro Zone, in real terms, the household income per capita increased by 0.2 percent in the first quarter of 2017, after a decrease of 0.1 percent in the previous quarter, according to data released by Eurostat, the statistical office of the European Union, EU.
The real household consumption per capita was stable in the first quarter of 2017, after an increase of 0.1 percent in the fourth quarter of 2016.
In the EU28, the real household income per capita increased by 0.1 percent in the first quarter of 2017, after an increase of 0.2 percent in the previous quarter. The real household consumption per capita decreased by 0.2 percent in the first quarter of 2017, after an increase of 0.2 percent in the fourth quarter of 2016.
