The ACQ5 Global Awards recognise the leading companies and individuals in the corporate sector each year, those who are regarded as industry leaders and who represent the benchmark of achievement and best practice in their area of expertise.
This year, the ACQ5 Global Awards have awarded Nicole Iseppi of ENGIE, the "Female Energy Adviser / Lawyer of the Year, for the United Arab Emirates". Ms. Iseppi is an Associate Director for ENGIE’s Global Centralised Generation Metier, and has been working in the Middle East since 2004.
Highly respected by both her professional peers and clients for her in-depth energy, legal and finance industry skills and knowledge, she is regarded as a leading energy expert within the UAE and Gulf Cooperation Council region. She has had substantial experience in the strategic formulation, structuring, financing, execution and operational phases of energy infrastructure projects, especially within the IPP, IWPP and Renewable Energy sectors for the past 17 years.
In addition, she has been appointed by her industry peers as an official member of the International Bar Association’s Global Power Law Committee and is a Project Director of Terrawatt Initiative (TWI). TWI is a non-profit organisation, launched at COP21 in 2015 to address energy access and climate change issues through investment in solar power at a massive scale.
A press release from ENGIE stated that the organisation is proud to contribute to the development and success of the Energy sector within United Arab Emirates and the other Gulf Cooperation Council countries and to be recognised in the industry by its peers with the announcement of these global awards.
ACQ5 Global Awards has over 1.4 million users and is supported and promoted by TIME Magazine, CNN, Bloomberg Business and BBC Worldwide media sources.
