King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain held talks with Malaysia's Prime Minister Mohammed Najib Abdul Razzak in Kuala Lumpur.
During the meeting, they reviewed the relations of cooperation between the two countries and means of developing them in all fields, especially industrial, commercial, economic, investment, educational, tourism, military and defense, Bahrain News Agency (BNA) reported.
They also exchanged views on regional and international developments, including issues of concern to the Muslim world and issues of mutual interest. In this context, the two sides affirmed their support for efforts aimed at combating terrorism and extremism and seeking to serve international peace and security.
A number of agreements and memoranda of understanding were signed between the two countries.
