A US national, who was kidnapped two weeksn ago from an eastern Pakistani city, has been recovered, citing police sources local news channel Dunya reported on Thursday. The channel said that J.E. Warner was recovered from Khushab district of Punjab province. Officially the report was yet to be confirmed. Warner, 60, was kidnapped by unknown persons on August 12th from his house in Model Town area of eastern Lahore city, capital of Punjab province. He had been living in Pakistan for five to six years and working on a development project in Federally Administered Tribal Area (FATA).
