Iran's first nuclear plant at Bushehr will go into full operation by the end of this year, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said on Sunday. "The Bushehr nuclear power plant is ready and the plant will be launched into full operation by the end of this year," Ahmadinejad said in an interview with Russia Today international news TV channel. Iran has no disagreements with Russian contractor Rosatom over the financing of the project and there will be no delays with the plant's launch, Ahmadinejad said. Under a bilateral agreement, which has received approval from the International Atomic Energy Agency, Russia will initially operate the plant, supplying its fuel and taking away all the spent fuel for the next two or three years, but will eventually hand over full control to Iran.
