Five children were among the dead. \"Initial reports indicate a single IED was detonated,\" said the statement. Afghan President Karzai has condemned the attack. Gen. John R. Allen, commander of ISAF joined said, \"The insurgents\' violent attack on civilians demonstrates their complete disregard for the Afghan people and the value of human life. We mourn with our Afghan partners, and we are outraged over this tragic crime.\" So far, Afghan Taliban, which has launched massive IED attack against ISAF and Afghan national security force, have not made any comment on the event.
