French Justice Minister Michel Mercier, commended, on Thursday, his country's cooperation with Morocco as part of bilateral groups on the fight against terrorism. Debates focus on the impact of terror attacks on the victim’s families, the increase of terror threat, the phenomenon of youth recruitment by terror organizations and the role of states and civil societies in supporting victims of terror attacks.
