An extraordinary meeting of the Arab Foreign Ministers Council began on Saturday at the Arab League headquarters to discuss the current Arab situation and the developments on the Arab arena in both Libya and Syria. The Qatari delegation to the meeting is headed by HE the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jabor Al Thani. HE the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister arrived in Cairo earlier this evening and was greeted upon arrival by HE Saleh bin Abdullah Al Buainain, Qatar''s Ambassador to Cairo and its permanent representative to the Arab League. The extraordinary ministerial meeting is chaired by Omani Minister Responsible for Foreign Affairs Yousuf bin Alawi bin Abdullah and is attended by Executive Chairman of the Libyan National Transitional Council Dr. Mahmoud Jibril.
