Four policemen and a child were killed and more than 15 others were wounded in a bomb explosion that hit a police mobile van Thursday morning in Pakistan's northern Peshawar city. Local police sources told KUNA, on Thursday, that a remote-controlled bomb, weighing seven to eight kilograms, went off inside a police mobile van in Lahori Gate area of Peshawar, capital of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province. Bomb Disposal Squad said that the bomb had ball bearings which caused more injuries, the sources noted. They further said that law-enforcement agencies cordoned off the area and were conducting investigations.
