HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani attended an official luncheon banquet held by HE the President of the Republic of Poland Andrzej Duda at the royal garden of the orange palace in honor of HH the Emir.
HE The President of Poland welcomed HH the Emir and the accompanying delegation at the outset of the banquet and expressed his delight at the presence of His Highness. HE The president stressed his commitment to enhancing ties in all fields, particularly economic, cultural, and health fields.
HH the Emir for his part expressed thanks to HE the President of Poland for the kind speech, which included the commitment of enhancing cooperation. HH the Emir added that he shared that commitment. HH the Emir also emphasized the friendly nature of talks that were held today, which led to the signing of a number of agreements in different fields with the aim of improving bilateral ties. HH the Emir also noted that the business forum of Qatari and Polish businessmen taking place in Warsaw will see the signing of a number additional economic projects that will serve the interests of the two friendly peoples. HH the Emir also welcomed Polish companies to invest and work in Qatar.
HH the Emir concluded the speech by expressing thanks to the President of Poland for the good reception. HH the Emir also wished well to the President and further progress and prosperity to the people of Poland.
The banquet was attended by a number of their excellencies ministers, ranking civilian and military officials, as well as businessmen and intellectuals from Poland.
