A delegation from the Shanghai Courts in China visited the Abu Dhabi Justice Department today, under the framework of promoting cooperation and exchanging experiences between justice and judicial authorities from both countries.
Yousuf Saeed Al Abri, Under-Secretary of the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department, stressed that the department is interested in promoting cooperation and exchanging experiences with local, regional and international judicial authorities to adopt the best international judicial practices, to implement the directives of H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Presidential Affairs and Chairman of the Judicial Department.
Al Abri highlighted the importance of coordination and cooperation between various judicial authorities, to enhance the judicial work system and develop services for the public. He then welcomed the Chinese delegation, in the presence of Chancellor Ali Al Shaer Al Dhaheri, Director of Judicial Inspection in Abu Dhabi, and Dr. Salah Khamis Al Junaibi, Head of the Institutional Communication and International Communication Department.
The delegation was briefed about the most advanced specialised electronic systems used in Abu Dhabi Courts, the Case Management System and the Questioning and Remote Registration, and their role in achieving the strategic priority of the judicial department, to promote the efficiency and sustainability of judicial operations and easy access to all services.
The delegation was also introduced to specialised electronic systems used in prosecution work, including the public prosecution system that absorbs complex workflows and helps to provide easy solutions that assist in providing services to relevant parties. It also provides a new way of serving the public through electronic services, which promote easy access to prosecution services, present smart reports that measure performance and provide a comprehensive view of the workflows in diverse types of cases.
The delegation saw an introductory film about the judicial department and the new building that includes all the courts in Abu Dhabi, as well as facilities and equipment of the highest standards.
