18 People killed,15 injured in truck accident in India

At least 18 people were killed and 15 other injured when a truck lost control and ran over them on Bagodara highway in India\'s Ahmedabad on Wednesday night, Press Trust of India (PTI) reported today. The victims, who were on their way to religious fair \'\'dargha\'\' at Dholka, had taken a break and were sleeping on the roadside. While 16 persons died on the spot, some others were injured, police said, adding they were admitted to the various Hospital in Ahmedabad. Further investigations are on.
