The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia, today received the Vice Premier of the State Council of People's Republic of China, Zhang Gaoli, at Al-Salam Palace in Jeddah.
During the reception, King Salman commended the level of relations between the two friendly countries and the important role of the Saudi-Chinese High Level Joint Committee chaired by the Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defence, and the Chinese Vice Premier, in developing and enhancing bilateral cooperation between the Kingdom and China, the Saudi Press Agency has reported.
The parties reviewed the prospects of cooperation between the two countries in various fields and the latest developments in regional and international arenas.
The meeting was attended by a number of ministers, senior officials, and ambassadors.
