Santa Claus in Jordan will participate in “My country’s Gas” campaign, which will organize protests on Thursday at 6pm in Amman. In a statement issued by the organizers Santa Claus will participate “in our protest against gas prices.” The statement added that, it will be at 6pm and will call for reducing gas prices and warn the government of any intention to raise the gas prices in Jordan. It’s worth mentioning that, the first protest of this campaign was at the beginning of December in front of Petroleum Refinery Company in Amman. Meanwhile, experts urge the Jordanian government not to raise the gas prices as prices have dropped worldwide.
