Riots break out in Iraqi prison

A source within the Iraqi police told Arabstoday, Tuesday, that rioting has broken out amongst some prisoners being detained in Tasfirat Rusafa prison in central Baghdad, in protest against the actions of the prison administration, The source, said that a number of prisoners were inciting riots in the prison in Baghdad, against actions taken by the prison administration. The source, who asked to remain anonymous ,said that the two main concerns of the prisoners were \"solitary confinement and transferring prisoners to other facilities to prevent gatherings inside the prison,\" adding that the riots were continuing and fires had broken out in parts of the prison.
