The Criminal Court of north of Cairo, headed by Judge Ahmed Refaat, will resume the third session in the trial of former Minister of Interior Habib Al Adly and 6 of his senior deputies on Sunday, as they are trialed for the murder of protestors, and after the session was adjourned on August 4th in order to study the evidence in the presence of the accused and the defense. The court will also be resuming the Mubarak, his two sons, and refugee businessman Hussein Salem’s trial, who are charged for the murder of protestors and exporting gas to Israel. Judge Ahmed Refaat had decided to adjourn the Mubarak trial until Monday to listen to and consider the demands of lawyers and evidence.
