Clashes erupted between Libyan military police and militants on Monday night on Libya\'s side of the border crossing with Tunisia\'s Ras Jdir, according to Tunisian media. Tunisian local radio reported that the clashes went on for half an hour, in which both sides exchanged fire without reporting any causalities. On Sunday, state news agency TAP reported that Libyan forces took control on of the Libyan side of Ras Jdir on Saturday. The border crossing, which was under the control of Libyan militants, has witnessed many clashes lately between Tunisian border guards and Libyans manning it.
