Jordanian and Sudanese ministers have met in Sudan to discuss relations between the two countries. The Jordanian Minister for Economic Affairs, Mohamad Barakat Al Zuhair, said that the two countries had a special relationship which he hoped to see develop further in the future. The Jordanian delegation met the First Vice President Ali Osman Taha, who directed the concerned parties to take care of their relationship, and use every means to serve the interests of both countries. The Sudanese Minister of Industry, Awad Ahmed Al Jaz, pledged to create a suitable climate for Sudanese- Jordanian investment. This meeting will be followed by a committee meeting to be held between the two countries in Amman in the future. Sudan’s Ambassador to Jordan, Othman Nafih, said that agricultural issues, health cooperation and investment were the most important issued discussed.
